# Sparks Scribe

> Sparks Scribe is an admin app for independent NDIS support workers in Australia, built by Sparks Support Pty Ltd. It handles shift notes (typed or spoken, professionally formatted), NDIS-compliant invoicing with support item codes and rates, client records, scheduling, service agreements, document and receipt storage, and Xero integration.

Key facts:
- Audience: independent (sole trader) disability support workers in Australia, not agencies.
- Notes: the worker types or dictates; Scribe formats. It never invents content. The worker remains the author of their own records.
