In short: Sparks Scribe gives you a 14 day free trial with every feature unlocked and no card needed, then you choose between Essentials at $15 a month or Vault at $20 a month, and nothing you added during the trial is ever deleted.

You get a full 14 day free trial with every feature unlocked, no card needed, and once it ends you simply pick a plan to keep going, picking up exactly where you left off. Switching between plans later is done from inside the app in a couple of taps. Below is the Essentials and Vault pricing side by side so you can see what fits.

How long is the free trial?

The trial runs for 14 days from the day you sign up. Every feature is unlocked during that time, including shift notes with voice input, NDIS coded invoicing and the calendar and roster. No card is needed to start.

What happens when the trial ends?

There is no free plan after the trial. To keep using Scribe, you choose a paid plan. Nothing you added during the trial gets deleted. Your notes, clients, invoices and everything else stay in your account, so whether you subscribe during the trial or after it ends, you pick up exactly where you left off.

If you subscribe and it turns out Scribe is not for you, there is a full refund with no questions asked if you decide within your first 14 days on a paid plan. There is no lock in contract either way, so you can stop whenever you need to.

How do I switch plans in the app?

You can move between plans from your account settings inside the app. In general terms:

  • Open the menu and go to your account or subscription settings.
  • Choose the plan you want to move to.
  • Confirm the change.

How do Essentials and Vault pricing compare?

  • Essentials, $15 a month: AI shift notes with voice input and all note templates, NDIS coded invoicing including travel, expenses and custom support codes, weekday, evening, weekend and public holiday rates, plus calendar and roster, client records, kilometre log and reports.
  • Vault, $20 a month: everything in Essentials plus Xero sync, service agreements, the Document Vault and the Receipt Vault.
  • Both prices are GST inclusive.
  • Paying annually gives two months free: Essentials is $150 a year and Vault is $200 a year.
Try Scribe free for 14 days. Every feature unlocked, no card required. Start your free trial or get it on the App Store.
