No minimum users. Sparks Scribe is built for one independent support worker. There is no minimum staff licence count and no per-user fee, so you are never buying seats you do not need. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
About Safeguards. Safeguards is a self-audit and self-directed record review tool. It helps support workers organise their documentation in preparation for an audit. It is not an official compliance or auditing certification.
Pricing questions
How much does Sparks Scribe cost?
Essentials is $15 a month or $150 a year. Vault is $20 a month or $200 a year. Safeguards is $39 a month or $390 a year. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Annual billing gives you two months free.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. Sparks Scribe is built for one independent support worker and there is no minimum user requirement and no per-user fee. A lot of NDIS software is sold to organisations and carries a minimum staff licence count, which means a sole trader pays for several seats to use it. Sparks Scribe does not work that way.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?
Yes. Every plan has a 14-day free trial that unlocks every feature of every plan. No credit card is required to start.
What is the difference between Essentials, Vault and Safeguards?
Essentials covers the daily job: AI-assisted shift notes, full NDIS-coded invoicing, unlimited clients and shifts. Vault adds the paperwork around it: automatic service agreements, a document vault for your insurance and checks, a receipt vault, a kilometre log, tax summary tools and Xero integration. Safeguards adds the compliance layer: safeguarding alert detection, a Quick Check on every note as you save it, incident reports, per-client risk profiles, a restrictive practices flag, six consent forms with in-room signing, credentials tracking, a compliance dashboard and a one-tap self-audit export.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in contract. If you are not happy in your first 14 days on a paid plan, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
Is Sparks Scribe for organisations or for sole traders?
Sole traders. Sparks Scribe is built for independent support workers operating under the NDIS in Australia, not for companies employing multiple support workers.
Sparks Scribe is an independent software provider and has no affiliation, partnership, or official endorsement from the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Any reference to the NDIS is made for informational purposes only, indicating compatibility with NDIS guidelines and pricing arrangements.
