There are templates for SOAPIE notes, daily progress reports, incident reports, behavioural observations, medication administration and community access reports, or you can start blank.
For invoicing, you pick a client and a date range, add the shifts, and each line gets the right NDIS support item code and rate automatically, including weekday, evening, weekend and public holiday rates. Travel with kilometres and expenses can be added too, and invoices go out as a PDF to the participant, plan manager or support coordinator.
