EasyAs is invoicing software built for NDIS support workers and providers, priced by how many invoices you send. Sparks Scribe covers the shift note and the invoice in the same plan.
The note and the invoice, handled in the same app.
No credit card required. Plans from $15 a month, including GST.
EasyAs is an NDIS invoicing app priced by invoice volume: the Small plan is $19.95 a month on their website, $19.99 via in-app purchase, with no GST treatment published. Its website and app store listings do not mention shift notes, progress notes or incident reports. Sparks Scribe's Essentials plan is $15 a month including GST and includes both AI shift notes and NDIS-coded invoicing, with a 14-day free trial and no card.
EasyAs, from EasyAs Provider Invoicing Pty Ltd, is an invoicing app at easyasinvoicing.com.au that describes itself as "built specifically for NDIS support workers and providers" and "Designed by former NDIS plan management owners". Its website says every NDIS item number comes pre-loaded and pricing auto-updates with the latest NDIS price guide, it offers Xero or MYOB integration at a higher price point, it advertises "No Lock-In Contracts", it has iOS and Android apps, and signup is self-serve.
Pricing is by invoice volume, not users. On their website: Small (up to 60 invoices a month) is $19.95 a month, or $24.95 with Xero or MYOB; Medium (up to 120) is $29.95, or $34.95; Large (more than 120) is $39.95, or $44.95. The Apple and Google app stores list in-app purchases from $19.99 to $44.99. EasyAs does not state anywhere whether its prices include GST, and a free trial is not mentioned on its website or store listings.
The point that matters most if your admin includes notes as well as invoices: EasyAs's website and both app store listings describe invoicing, and do not mention shift notes, progress notes or incident reports at all. A support worker using EasyAs still needs somewhere else to write their notes.
Sparks Scribe was built by someone who has lived the reality of doing it all alone: the shift, the note, the invoice, and running your own business.
You type a sentence and the AI finishes the rest, in about 60 seconds. No filling in a form after a 12 hour shift.
NDIS codes automatically added to every shift and professional PDF exports, all included in the Essentials plan, for $15 a month.
The Safeguards plan brings together alert detection, risk profiles per client, restrictive practices flagging, and six consent forms with in-app signing, helping you stay organised and ready for an audit.

Disclaimer: this comparison is based on publicly available information on EasyAs's official website (easyasinvoicing.com.au), its privacy policy and its Apple and Google app store listings, collected in July 2026. EasyAs is a product of EasyAs Provider Invoicing Pty Ltd (ACN 681950836). There is no affiliation between Sparks Scribe and EasyAs. If you're part of the EasyAs team and believe any information here is outdated or inaccurate, please get in touch at hello@sparkscribe.app.
The difference between these two is scope, not price and not accessibility. Both are Australian, both are self-serve, and both publish their prices.
EasyAs's published scope is invoicing: NDIS item numbers pre-loaded, pricing that auto-updates, Xero or MYOB integration on the higher price points, and apps on both stores. Shift notes, progress notes and incident reports do not appear anywhere on its website or store listings, so a support worker using EasyAs still needs somewhere else to write their notes.
On price, EasyAs's website lists $19.95 a month for up to 60 invoices, while the Apple and Google app stores list $19.99 via in-app purchase; neither source states whether GST is included. Sparks Scribe's Essentials plan is $15 a month including GST. Because EasyAs's GST treatment isn't published, we won't claim either product is cheaper. Both numbers are above, and the sum is yours to do.
On accounting integrations, Sparks Scribe syncs with Xero only, on the Vault plan at $20 a month including GST; EasyAs's website lists both Xero and MYOB. On scope, Sparks Scribe's Essentials plan puts AI shift notes and NDIS-coded invoicing in one $15 subscription, with unlimited clients and shifts, apps on iOS, Android and web, and data stored in Australia.
EasyAs's website and its Apple and Google app store listings describe an invoicing app for NDIS support workers and providers. Shift notes, progress notes and incident reports are not mentioned anywhere on those pages as of July 2026, so a support worker using EasyAs still needs somewhere else to write their notes. Sparks Scribe includes AI-assisted shift notes and NDIS-coded invoicing together in its $15 a month Essentials plan.
On the EasyAs website, the Small plan (up to 60 invoices a month) is $19.95 a month, or $24.95 with Xero or MYOB integration.
